Chadd Gregson

CPA – Manager

Chadd grew up in Duncan, BC, and graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2011, completing his Bachelor of Business Administration. After university, he spent four years in Calgary, AB, before returning to the Island in 2015 to work at a firm in Victoria. Chadd began articling at MNP in 2018 and was admitted to the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada in 2021. 

Chadd enjoys learning about clients’ businesses and utilizing technology to come up with solutions to allow owners to focus on developing their business. Outside of the office Chadd enjoys mountain biking, playing recreational dodgeball and softball, and is an avid Canucks fan.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

As a kid I wanted to be a professional wrestler. As I got older, I found I enjoyed working with numbers and problem solving. In university, I enrolled in the general business program. After my first accounting class, I knew I wanted to pursue a career as an accountant.

What gets you excited about coming to work each day?

I enjoy helping people and seeing a well-executed plan come to fruition. Numbers can be stressful; I enjoy painting a picture with them, to find opportunities to strengthen a business to help clients reach their goals.
