Let’s book a complimentary one hour introductory in person, telephone, or video conference meeting with one of our partners or senior associates. During this meeting, you will learn more about us and our approach to determine if we are the right fit for you or your business.
Step 2: Become a Client
Once we have a better understanding of your unique requirements, we will provide you with our service plan options and recommend a solution that fits your current needs and budget. Once the plan has been selected, we will issue the following documents for electronic signature:

CRA Authorization form (RC59)
The Canada Revenue Agency requires your permission before they will deal through us as your representative. This business consent letter gives our firm permission to file your returns on your behalf, view and update your information with CRA pertaining to your corporate, GST, and payroll program accounts.
Payment setup
Depending on the service plan selected, you will be issued one of the following:
- Retainer Invoice: This is intended to cover a portion of the expected final invoice. Payment of this invoice will be required prior to work commencement on your file.
- Pre-authorized debit/credit agreement: For your convenience we offer monthly payment plans via pre-authorized payment plan agreements.
